Sessions are 45 to 90 minutes. The number of training days is set around your schedule. Cooking and meal prep are kept to no more than two hours per week.

Yes. You get hotel, home, and gym options, restaurant guidance, and weekly adjustments so progress continues in busy seasons.

You can train at a gym or at home. I write your plan for whatever you have access to. If you use a gym membership, we will use that equipment. If you prefer home, we will use your current setup and I can suggest a short list of helpful add‑ons only if needed. Travel weeks get hotel and bodyweight options.

You will get a nutrition plan that fits your goal and lifestyle. Some clients use simple guidelines and portion targets, others follow a structured plan, and some use a recipe ebook with swaps. I build everything around foods you already like and eat. You also get restaurant and travel options, and we adjust weekly based on results and your feedback.

You submit a weekly check in with notes in my app. I send personal video feedback within 24 to 48 hours on business days and update your plan. We also meet for an onboarding call, then monthly 1 to 1 strategy calls, with extra calls when useful.

Many clients feel better energy and sleep in 2 to 4 weeks. Visible body changes often show in 8 to 12 weeks. Timelines vary by starting point and consistency.

Coaching is by application. I share the fee on the Strategy Call once we both agree it is a fit and the timeline makes sense.
